Public power utility Clarksville Light & Water Company, which is based in Arkansas, has partnered with Scenic Hill Solar to build a solar facility. Clarksville Light & Water will buy power from the facility under a 30-year power purchase agreement.
Clarksville Light & Water said the project will be the state’s largest solar power plant that provides power to a public power utility and overall will be the state’s third-largest solar power plant.
