The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI), the Voice of the Recycling Industry, announces support of the Recycling Infrastructure and Accessibility Act introduced by U.S. Sens. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va; Tom Carper, D-Del.; and John Boozman, R-Ark. Capito is the ranking member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW), Carper serves as chair, and Boozman is a committee member.
