House Expected to Pass $1.5T Infrastructure Bill

The House is expected to pass a $1.5 trillion infrastructure bill this week that focuses on infrastructure. However, it seems as if the bill has a tough road ahead of it due to Republican opposition, as well as no clear way of funding, according to E&E News.

The “Moving Forward Act,” H.R. 2 will put forth billions of dollars dedicated to infrastructure investment, including roads, bridges, water, public works, and renewable energy. The most recent infrastructure grade the U.S. received came in at a D+ in 2017.
