Coastal Waste & Recycling has finalized a series of acquisitions, expanding its presence in portable restroom services and adding a sixth material recovery facility to its portfolio.
The Boca Raton, Fla.-based waste and recycling company completed the purchases of S&S Waste, a Palm Beach County grapple; In and Out Portables, a portable restroom company; and AFS Recycling.
“We are excited to bring the vast experience the S&S team has in the grapple business to further enhance our customer experience in the construction and demolition hauling sector,” said Brendon Pantano, CEO of Coastal Waste & Recycling.
