Plastic is literally and figuratively everywhere it seems. That’s why this RRS webinar on “Single-use Plastics & the Circular Economy — Influencing Global Packaging Policy” caught my eye.
New regulations are being enacted that tax, ban, or require producers to ensure that packaging materials are collected and recovered. And the circular economy influences policies that support reuse, recycled or compostable packaging. This panel discussed these topics and featured: Ursula Denison, director of Sales, International Strategy & Marketing, Der Grüne Punkt-DSD; Resa Dimino, senior consultant, RRS; Garth Hickle, independent consultant; and Anne Johnson, vice president, RRS.
