Biden Administration unveils interagency commitment to cut emissions, reduce costs

The Biden Administration announced Friday it had organized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between four federal agencies that will accelerate the nation’s affordable and equitable clean transportation future.

According to the White House, the U.S. Departments of Energy, Transportation, Housing and Urban Development will join the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to work collectively to reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with the transportation sector and to ensure resilient and accessible mobility options for all Americans.
