PennDOT invites public to review Route 850 bridge replacement project

August 17, 2022

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is asking residents to review plans for the Route 850 (Landisburg Road) bridge replacement project online through Sept. 10.

The project is in the design phase, and the plans introduce the project to the public while soliciting questions or concerns.

The Landisburg Road bridge spans an unnamed Sherman Creek tributary in Carroll Township, Perry County.

The project will address the bridge’s structural deficiencies by replacing it with a Precast Concrete Box Culvert.
