Governor Cuomo on Wednesday said the financing for a new LaGuardia Airport has been nailed down — and the Port Authority and the private consortium known as LaGuardia Gateway Partners have entered into a 35-year lease.
“We’re not rebuilding what was,” Cuomo said. “This is virtually blank slate, building new.”
